The A1 heavy-duty walking treadmill is equipped with sensors that intelligently adjust the belt speed. Change the speed of the treadmill just by walking toward the front of the treadmill and when you are ready to slow down, just safely move to the rear of the belt. Walking in the middle keeps the speed the same. This works best on a hard surface, not carpet.
