CSL Pedal Clutch Kit


The Fanatec CSL Pedals Clutch Kit is the most affordable way to upgrade your standard two-pedal CSL set to a three-pedal configuration for manual transmission simulation. It features a heavy steel, all-metal design and utilizes a contactless 12-bit Hall sensor for high precision and durability without mechanical wear. 

 

Key Features & Design
Realistic Resistance: The clutch uses a stiffer spring than the throttle to simulate realistic pedal feel.
Ergonomics: It has a wider pedal face (identical to the standard brake) and is height-adjustable.
Adjustable Positioning: The unit can be moved sideways along the heel rest to find your preferred pedal spacing.
Modular Mounting: Its vertical rear plate allows for easy bracing against a wall, and the design supports inverted mounting to a rig. 

Compatibility & Connectivity


Platforms: Compatible with PC, PlayStation, and Xbox when connected through a Fanatec Wheel Base.
USB Note: This kit does not add USB functionality. To use it as a standalone device on PC, you must use a ClubSport USB Adapter or upgrade further to the CSL Pedals Load Cell Kit.
Upgrade Path: If you plan to buy the Load Cell Kit, you do not need the Clutch Kit, as the Load Cell Kit replaces the standard brake and allows you to repurpose the original brake pedal as a clutch.

Two ways to upgrade

Upgrade your CSL Pedals with this Clutch Kit or the Load Cell Kit (sold separately). The Clutch Kit provides a third pedal at the lowest price. The Load Cell Kit is an alternative to the Clutch Kit, also providing a third pedal, while upgrading the brake and electronics.

Platforms
PC: Upgrading the CSL Pedals with the CSL Pedals Clutch Kit does not enable USB connectivity, and the pedals must be connected directly to a compatible Fanatec wheel base. To operate as a standalone input device, use the ClubSport USB Adapter (sold separately) or the CSL Pedals Load Cell Kit (sold separately). The Load Cell Kit adds a USB connector.

Consoles: The CSL Pedals upgraded with the CSL Pedals Clutch Kit can be used on gaming consoles, if connected through a Fanatec Wheel Base / Racing Wheel. Please check the information on the product page of the Fanatec product through which they will be connected to the console. It will not work on consoles using the ClubSport USB Adapter.
